Deadpool is an old school throwback from a comic book series from the 90′s. After being successful in the superhero business, Deadpool looks on making waves in the video game industry before an unexpected appearance of Mr. Sinister who tends to foils his plans. In the game you play as a comic book hero that is dragged through a game with big explosions and action, and a tendency for revenge.
The game moves in a series of chapters. The game play contains huge environments, and a lot of wasteful space. There is awkward gameplay mechanics, and there tends to be no flow or direction in the game. In the game all you are doing is slashing and hacking enemies that involve no skill to beat. The combat is sloppy and dead pool has terrible moves. Although, you can get points to buy new weapons, the combat still gets boring. There are awful camera angles in combat and the whole game has a bad background setting.
The challenge mode is for gamers that want to take it up to the next level. Even though the game is horribly designed, the game takes a laugh for it’s funny jokes and gimmicky levels. It is a humorous comic book game for anyone who enjoys a little humor or is a fan of the Deadpool comic series.
