The new Xbox One experience has almost arrived to our consoles and it’s just what gamers have been calling for - a smoother, faster and easily navigated UI. Thanks to recently released videos from Microsoft’s Larry Herb, better known as Xbox Live’s Major Nelson, the new experience looks to be shaping up very well in time for it’s November 12 release date.
Firstly, the interface looks beautiful. Secondly, there are clear similarities between the avatar customisation app on the Xbox One and the app on Windows 10. It’s evident Microsoft is trying to make the whole Xbox, PC Windows ecosystem work seamlessly.
I highly doubt I’m the only person who’s enthusiastic about the redesign of the Xbox One guide. According to the video users are set to have “much faster access to the content they currently own” while being able to quickly view new content from their favourite apps. With everything all in one section the days of jumping from place to place to find different content are clearly over.
With the release of Xbox One Experience just on the horizon gamers can now look forward to a more enjoyable experience on their consoles moving forward. With the beta already having been tested, Microsoft has likely ironed out any creases that came up during the testing to users get the best experience possible. With high expectations from users, lets see what the new experience has to offer.
