EA are no longer the worst company in America
Pop the Champagne, EA - people no longer think you’re the worst company in America.
It’s that time of year again, where ‘The Consumerist’ give some major company the title of ‘Worst Company in America’, but that will not be EA this time around. EA had previously won the undesirable title two years in a row, in both 2012 and 2013, but they have been ‘knocked out’ in a first round bout against Time Warner Cable - regardless of the stumbling launch of Battlefield 4.
EA certainly have time to gain some more popularity in the next few years, providing they ensure some high quality sequels to games like Titanfall, Battlefield 4 and Mass Effect 3. Their acquisition of the rights to create Star Wars games could also serve to allow EA to produce some fantastic new IPs or reboots, that is of course if they don’t cram day one DLC and micro-transactions in our face at every turn.
