“Intermittent connectivity issues” currently affecting Battlefield 4 players

Unfortunately for DICE and EA, Battlefield 4 has once again delivered to its players some more issues. If you’ve been hoping to play some Battlefield 4 over the festive period, you may not have been able to do so. A number of users are now suffering”intermittent connectivity problems” which are affecting players across multiple platforms. Developer DICE has acknowledged these issues and have said that they are monitoring the situation. However these connectivity issues which are being experienced by some aren’t related to the various others bugs, glitches and issues which have plagued different versions of the game since its launch. DICE are continuing to fix reported issues which you can keep up to date with via their Issue Tracker.

Over on Battlefield’s Battlelog, where you can keep track on the current situation, the developer stated, “We are continuing to monitor some intermittent connectivity issues affecting some players across various platforms. Thank you for your patience. We will update this with further information as available.”

It seems 2013 is likely going to be a year DICE will want to forget.
